• 29th February 2004 – First Holy Communion Celebrated at CSI Church, PTP Nagar, Vattiyoorkavu.


• 30th January 2007 – 38 Cents of Land Purchased for Church.


• 16th August 2008 – Foundation Stone Laid for the Church by Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos.


• 14th May 2011 – Dedication of the Church by Rt. Rev. Thomas Mar Timotheos


• 22nd May 2023 – Purchased Parsonage Property at Continental Gardens


• 28th May 2023 – Dedication of the Parsonage by Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Mar Barnabas Suffragan Metropolitan
